Greeting Sailors!
For the better quality of service, UWO is changing its server location from South Korea to North America. To take this in placed, we have to have a long-extensive maintenance. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience, and please check below for the details of our big, exciting change!
When?
July 18th 10:00 ~ 18:00 (GMT +9)
July 17th 18:00 ~ July 18th 02:00 (PST)
What does this mean to me?
[UWO]
• UWO Local Time = PST
With the server location change, UWO local time will be changed from [GMT +9] to [PST]. That is, all in-game events and item duration follows [PST] standard.
• What happen to previous postings?
All the posts that made before our server migration including all announcements, notifications and forum threads will remain with [GMT +9] standard time. Only the new postings will follow the [PST] standard.
• Did you still take my Ticket?
Tickets that are submitted before this maintenance will follow [GMT +9], but if we reply you after the maintenance, it will follow [PST] standard. For all the in-and-out tickets for the future will be made under [PST] standard.
• I just signed up for Netmarble? When can I purchase Netmarble Cash (NC)?
Originally, purchase is allowed 7 days after the registration date. Those who signed up between July 12th 10:00 AM ~ July 18th 09:59 AM, you will be able to purchase after 7 days +16 hours from your registration date.
• What happen to my Purchased Netmarble Cash (NC)?
Your NC purchase history before the maintenance follows [GMT +9] standard, and NC purchase made after the maintenance follows [PST] standard.
As for playing UWO, you will not experience any change other than the changed server time. (All the periodical items will stop its clock-countdown during the maintenance.) If you have any problem joining Battle Campaign or using Canal Permit, contact Ask Us for further guidance. UWO GM will happily assist you.
